7th Graders, Tear Down This Wall! The 7th grade history class will be collecting hundreds of cardboard boxes in order to create a replica model of the Berlin Wall to divide the Commons at the end of January. The class is studying the Cold War during the first half of the 3rd quarter. If you have any medium, large, or extra large cardboard boxes hiding in your basement or attic, or if you have boxes left over from the holidays that you are planning to recycle, please consider donating them to be bricks in the 7th grade wall. Any box the size of a paper ream box (pictured below) or larger would be greatly appreciated! The more boxes collected, the more impressive and long the wall can be. Thank you for your time and help with this project! Once school resumes, boxes may be dropped off in Mrs. Burns classroom or in Mrs. Dohertys office. We will collect boxes until the end of January.
