8 tips for Colds and Flu. By - Dr Dean Sanna DC,FIAMA, CPEP Happy Holydays #1. Stay positive, laugh and remain grateful for this affects your health more than anything you can do. Watch uplifting movies and music. # 2 Eat less - drink more warm fluids- follow what animals do when sick, fast, drink water, rest and take walks outside when possible so you can breathe and move to stay in the groove. If you lay around to much you cant move the toxic waste out of your body which makes you sicker. So keep hydrated, moving and breathing. #3 Eat the most nutrient dense raw foods like bee pollen, royal jelly, green foods like kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, chlorella, fruits and veggies. Hot soups! If you eat meat make a bone broth soup and add root veggies or a good sea salt that has lots of trace minerals essential for wellness. # 4 Make teas; green, osha, fresh lemon, grapefruit, echinacea or herbal teas, hot miso soup with chopped parsley, onion, garlic, uncooked olive oil, lemon, cayenne pepper. #5 Dose your self often with high quality calcium citrate or lactate, Whole food based vitamin C, and omega 3 essential fatty acids.ie walnuts, flax, hemp, chia, sardines, salmon,tuna. Also astragalus/echinacea/ or osha tinctures. One dropper full every few hours = 30 drops. # 6 Grade fresh ginger or osha root. Make hot herbal tea with fresh lemon and cinnamon. Also turmeric, cardamom, cumin, garlic. -Get some Osha root and grade it in a bowl of boiling water, or use eucalyptus essential oil in hot water. Use a big towel and put your face into the steam cover your head and inhale for several minutes. You can drink the graded osha water but not the essential oil water. #7 Stop all Dairy, wheat, sugary greasy and processed foods when sick, they causes phlegm and metabolic inflammation. Eat a vegetarian diet. Eliminate all GMO foods forever, they cause GI distress, low energy, brain fog, reduced immunity. # 8 Rest and release any negativities.
