I have to stagger the prep because I get tired, but this is six pounds, separated into 6.5oz patties for freezing. 15 more pounds to go. I separate them into patties, because theyre the most versatile. Obviously, I can defrost several if I need to, but thats the smallest size Ill want. When I buy family packs of pork chops or chicken parts, I do the same. Makes life so much easier down the road. :)
