8th of April 2014 - 03:26 With great concern it is noted that Russia has opened a substantial Nuclear War Drill, This is a further act of provocation and bears striking resemblance at this time to manoeuvres that saw Ukraine invaded. Vladamir Putin is well aware of the concerns that shall be shown with this present development and still he has given no care in ensuring Peace and Security. This is simply unacceptable and all manoeuvres must be stood down with immediate effect. Whilst intelligence may well have been available prior to the activation of this drill by the Russian Federation and Putin this gives little, if any peace of mind to the world community. With fair and due consideration there must be reassurance found with urgency through all available diplomatic means that there shall be no further elevation in the drill set in place at this time. A considerable proportion of the Russian Under 50 population reject communist ideas however Eastern Ukraine is very much Pro Communist which itself gives many concerns and much further consideration must be given to this. The notable concerns involving Soviet symbolism in Ukraine has itself shown that there is great support, again for communist ideology creating a highly imbalanced situation that should be construed as being delicate. Putin and his command structure as well as former Ukrainian leader Victor Yanukovych must cease immediately the wish to further annex Crimea and Ukraine overall, thereby committing to urgent and strong dialog to resolve the ongoing matters in peace. The Russian Orthodox Church leaders in France and the North of America can and must act at this time to further voice its own concerns regarding the malevolent acts by the Russian federation and Putin, which will also commit to a further strength in opposing the actions of Putin. World leaders I am concerned had not foreseen a nuclear war drill to such an extent and again may have been caught somewhat unawares. Should this drill be permitted to continue without extremely close observation and some form of public acknowledgement we shall find highly unsettled citizens, some of which may consider their own form of extreme actions and retribution further complicating a worsening situation. We may also find that persons shall align themselves with Putin through fear in the belief that showing allegiance to the Put and/or the Russian federation they may be subject to better conditions should further violence occur. The Rights of The People are not bring considered and Putin is acting under the somewhat misguided belief that he shall likely only receive penalties in terms of further restrictions being applied to present Sanctions. In the interest of world peace, stability and security the actions of the Russian Federation must cease and I say again, all exercises by Russia must immediately be stood down and all troops as well as vehicles and transporters returned to their usual stations.
