94 clear and windy in Paradise, what a great day. Great Lions Club meeting this morning, we have good cooks. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. It dont get much better. We have great members, those people mean a lot to me. Drove pipe and post at the ranch today, with a little luck we can finish tomorrow. The 2 Grandsons are spending the afternoon with me, Tick and Grub have a bunch of butt beatins ahead of them. Some people you can talk to, others you have to draw pictures for. Those 2 boys fall into the second group. They are easy to coach, I laugh at their parents. The Gang and I are watchin the Rangers/Baltimore tonite, I see BB in our future. Remember the sick and those that are hurting. Thought for the nite, never give in. In nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense.
