98 years old. My Grandmother had vowed to stay alive so that she could receive her 100th birthday message from the Queen. Sadly, despite remaining strong and stubborn to the last, she did not make it. Family relationships have thrown some weird balls my way over the past decade or so. The recent passing of my stepfather drew little emotion from me either way. The passing of my Grandma has hit much harder than I expected. Cant stop crying.
