A 20 year old kid came into my shop looking for a job yesterday. He recently got laid off from walmart automotive dept. and was looking unkempt. He wanted a job as a mechanic but had no training of any kind. I recommended he take an automotive class at RCC, our local college. He declined for several reasons, he just wanted a job as mechanic. If someone is not willing to invest in himself then why would I want to invest in him. To be successful you need to put in the work!
