A 39 year old woman first came to see me one year ago today, on the heels of being rushed to the Mass. General Hospital ER. Shed been diagnosed with gastroparesis (stomach muscles dysfunctional causing nausea and vomiting), depression and anxiety (following the loss of a small child).
