A 4,050 square feet house, (NOT including the basement, basement is over a 1,000 sq ft)priced well below the market and we are eyeing to buy it.... located in a modest neighborhood and i am hoping/praying we will get it.. husband works so hard and long hours because of that reason and i think we are financially ready... we are going to see this house on saturday...i will be sad to move away. but, the view from the deck and space is enough to convince me that its time to move. i have grown to love our current house because husband renovated this with his workers and we live here for 10 years. my kids are growing and they need space for their stuff...God is good and i am very very excited... hahahahah.. woooohoooo....
