A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout conditions...making travel extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If you must travel...have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded...stay with your vehicle. Potentially Historic Blizzard Taking Aim on New England Since apparently were all going to die in the 12 inches of snow- maybe even a whopping 2 feet- that is going to drown us on Tuesday let me just say that I have loved you all, youve all been great friends and I will surly miss you. I guess that the food of snow that used to fall in my childhood is nothing like the foot (or maybe two) of snow that is going to kill us all Tuesday. Love to you all, feel free to come on by for some sledding on our fantastic driveway on Tuesday while we can still all breath before drowning, or freezing, or getting lost in the whiteout. Just be sure to bring your own sleep and winter survival kit.
