A CALL TO ACTION: As we all know by now, Neverland Valley Ranch, the iconic former home of the Eternal Michael Jackson, is up for sale. Its disappointing and heartbreaking news for those of us who see the property as more than just a piece of land. So many fans have been praying that the place MJ built as a refuge for both himself and anyone else who needed it (be they needy, sick, young, or old) would stay in the family. Well, there may be a way we can help. A good friend in MJ reached out to me with an idea from Larry Nimmer, the Emmy Award winning filmmaker that was hired in 2005 to film Neverland for MJs trial. According to Nimmer, we the fans CAN help by attempting to reach TJ Jackson, Michaels nephew, and asking him to start a FundAnything account. This way, fans will be able to donate as much as theyd like into a safe, secure account. Any money collected would then be given to Katherine Jackson and the Jackson children. There is POWER in NUMBERS. We the MJ fan base are an army of MILLIONS. There have been successful efforts to show love to MJ by raising funds for beautiful flowers to be sent to Forest Lawn, we attend MJ tribute concerts and break attendance records, and we of course shatter record sales numbers by purchasing MJs music to this very day. Lets make an effort to show the world once again what determination, cooperation, and L. O. V. E. can do! Any ideas, suggestions, and positive energy is welcome....
