A CHURCH IN ATHENS The Church in Athens is degrading in terms of attendance, commitment to the service of God resulting from of negligence of the workers. Programmes has been so bored, no one is ignited, no one to join the workforce, no not one, except those resigning from it. The BOT: the head pastor his and his assistance was unhappy and summoned an elder’s meeting of five. In their meeting, they planned to introduce a family meeting that will house all the members after a church service which could discuss the limitations and ways out. Now, after the church service, the family meeting began, every potential petitions were executed, Ideas were tendered, the elders promised to scrutinize and tackled them successfully. After the meeting; all have spoken well, the secretary had recorded, everyone is expecting changes. But how will this happen? Who will ignite the stick? Who will take the lead? Who is going to activate those working potentials? The elders meeting was called again, the pastor announced that he is leaving is position for chorister. They wondered and immediately ordered the assisting pastor to be acting on his behalf. The following Sunday, the congregation wore a surprised look, seeing the pastor in the choir stand, the message for that service was taken by the Mummy of the parish, the message was powerful taken from Acts 1: 21-26 (SERVICE: The replaced of Judas by Mathias). After the service, the list of intending workers list rose to an encouraging percentage. The neigbours who lived closed to the church too were challenged by the wonderful programmes at mid-week services; they too would like to take part in the family programmes and other special anointing services. There is no doubt; the church always wore beautiful colours on Sundays and an encouraging turnout during the mid-week services. Your service unto God is most important unto God. Jesus Christ left that throne, came to ministered what the father desired of us. He constituted the workforce of 12, and delivered the sick unto deliverance, gave himself for us etc. Those who resign from his work will be replaced. Judas who failed was replaced by Mathias.
