A Connecticut “ice-missle” law fines drivers for traveling - TopicsExpress

A Connecticut “ice-missle” law fines drivers for traveling with snow or ice on top of their vehicle. The penalty is up to $1,000 if ice from your car injures another person or causes property damage. In Washington, a similar law allows police to stop drivers with accumulated ice on their cars, but does not carry a fine. What do you think? Should drivers who fail to clean off their cars be fined?
