A Daniel funny today.... Daniel attended friends youth group tonight at an Evangelical Free church. This was our conversation: Daniel - What is Evangelical Free? Me - (I tried to explain denominations first) and then I told him that Evangelical usually meant that they believed the truth in the Scripture - like Gods word, salvation by grace, Jesus is Gods son, etc. So when you believe things that are true in the scripture you are an Evangelical Christian. (this may not be the best answer, but it is a summary of what I told him). Daniel - So do Evangelical Free people not believe those things??? Me - oh - you are thinking like tax free, debt free, fat free, etc... Makes sense to me!!! :) It was a funny moment.
