A FEW IMPORTANT OPENINGS AND CLOSURES: A portion of Earhart from Dickory to Clearview remains closed. LaPalco Blvd is open in both directions, however, the LaPalco bridge over the Harvey Canal remains closed. Main thoroughfares running east to west, such as Jefferson Highway, West Metairie, West Esplanade, West Napoleon and River road are all clear, including all major roadways running North and South.
