A Fabulous Day Today on North Pier !! .... lovely weather again, great sound, all set up for me, lots of people there & quite a few of my lovely friends were there too...as one of them stated, (David Lobban), a pros reunion ! Haa Haa Haa ...was great to see Lyn ( Greg Francis Big Band, The Squadronnaires etc; Kings of Swing), lovely singer & she was dancing with her Mum to my singing ! Forties Re-enactors regulars there too, a couple from Blackpool, both looking marvellous in their 40s clothes & another gentleman from Northallerton with his family, whom had also seen me singing in Colwyn Bay, as his sister lives there. I sold a few wristbands too for Supporting Our Brave, so will be whazzing down to their Headquartes in Blackpool Town Centre with the dosh, not much but every little helps. Thoroughly enjoyed myself & am going to be singing there again ...hooray ! Thank Denis, Theatre Manager for the booking... I had Dressing Room No 1 to myself ....Billy Pearces d.room !
