I’ve attached the two information sheets and the two required forms for submitting a completed program to Montgomery Community Media. The first sheet is the basic info on being a Presenter to MCM, including the Quarterly Presenter Fee info. The second sheet is the technical specifications for submitting a tape or DVD. Please read those carefully and keep them for future reference. The two forms required are the Facility User Agreement (three pages) and the Program Submission Form (two pages). Please print and complete each form and return them with your completed program and your Presenter Fee. Please reply to this email if you have any questions. Once the program is submitted, it usually takes two to four weeks to schedule the program. When schedule dates are set, you will be sent an email with the first several scheduled dates.
