A Leading Education/IT Company one of the client of GP CONSULTANCY (An HR Solution) is looking Account Manager/Assistant Manager. Designation -Account Manager/Assistant Manager Location -Gurgaon Exp.- 6+ years CTC- 7 lpa to 10 lpa Role & Responsibility 1 Responsible for achieving Defined sales and growth targets for CSR Revenue 2 Develop sales strategy to target business across Public Sector Undertaking / Pvt orgainzations 3 Responsible for achieving sales / Revenue / Collection targets. Keeping a track of work progress, timely reports and MIS generation. 4 Analyzing market trends, tracking competiton activities, Regular field visit/ prospect & Customer Interactions, and providing valuable inputs for sales strategies. 5 Provide inputs to pre-sales team towards Development of pricing and business models based on customers/ Clients needs. 6 Work closely with Operations to improve client relationships and secure repeat business. 7 Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, proposals in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deal. 8 Must have handled sales/BD functions in a reputed company. With minimum 3-4 year experience in training / education company / Leading NGO. Should be excited with the prospect of hard core selling. Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory) Should have consultative sales experience - Selling solutions. Should have sales management experience (handling a sales team - preferably pan India) Should have experience/knowledge of PSUs, Institutional and government engagement. Good interpersonal skills, smart, energetic, collaborative approach with industry, external partner and key internal functions at multiple locations Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & Regional targets. Attributes Form great relationships by working cohesively and inclusively across functions with key stakeholders – i.e. Marketing, Operations and Finance. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong Process orientation and Relentless drive to deliver on time. Build and maintain a high performance culture through effective performance management, communication and coaching of the entire sales teams. Complete Understanding of services based business Strong People Orientation and leading from the front. Well versed with Technology/IT Apps ..
