In the democracy that our country is, I respect your call for pesa mashinani referendum....however, I need you to answer a question for me: Does the machakos county government have an alternative source of funding, seeing the wonderful changes and development happening there, unlike your own? If the answer is yes, I strongly suggest that you also get funding from this alternative source to save me, the taxpayer from having to fund a costly referendum. If the answer is No....then I humbly submit that you are a failure as a governor and a leader, and no amount of chest thumping or referenduming will assist you in bringing better services to your county.
