A New College Program and New Classes from VLACS, The Virtual Learning Academy Charter School (online courses) VLACS is pleased to announce a new early college program that provides students with the opportunity to earn an associate degree while in high school. Called Learning through College (LTCollege) this innovative program gives students the option of completing one or more college courses; completing the first year of an associate degree; or, earning an associate degree while attending high school.
