A North Carolina police officer is charged with voluntary manslaughter for shooting an unarmed man who apparently sought help after a car accident Saturday morning. When police responded to a 911 call from a nearby homeowner, Jonathan Ferrell allegedly “ran” toward the officers...and was ultimately shot and killed.
