A Note to all Entrepreneurial Leaders: Leadership ~ Entrepreneurial vs Military If you are a coach, trainer, guide, mentor, etc to entrepreneurs please do not confuse this or let anyone influence you to think this is in any way equivalent to military leadership. Your mission in Entrepreneurial Leadership is to guide others through their business journey and lead through the fastest most direct path to financial success with the goal of ultimately achieving the lifestyle they desire. Thats it. Either you are fit for this role or you are not. In military leadership on the other hand the goal is very different, so much so that the survival of the people being lead is optional to the mission at hand. A military leader is going to lead people to destruction if necessary and must view those hurt in the process as collateral damage. It is necessary for the ultimate desired outcome that the individual well being of the people being led is not the determining factor when charting the course of action. What am I saying with all of this? Please be responsible and dont play with peoples lives. These are fragile economic times for most people and to lead people into financial ruin for your own gain or to continue to push people through a path that you already know is destined for failure is selfish.
