In what ways do cultures shape our relationships with food? What happens when dietary restrictions, allergies, disabilities, ethics, values, principals, religion, and preferences collide with the cultural norms about food and eating? This ongoing luncheon series will explore these questions while also providing a more normalized eating environment for those routinely left out of food culture. In other words, everyone has a place at the table.
