A Poem by THOR GARY Caput in Windmills: Twilight in green - TopicsExpress

A Poem by THOR GARY Caput in Windmills: Twilight in green fields my youth, a spring in my step, a gleam in my eye. Thats what you do to me. longer in the tooth, all the Trees have turned brown. You make moon beams dance on the clouds. A simple smile or a glance heats up the cold blood in my veins. As I ride down the French Quarter in New Orleans all I have left are my dreams. Youre my double rainbow, youre my Cajun Queen. Youre the reason why the lion in my heart eats the lamb in my head. Like wind mills in my head theres a lot that has not been said. Youre the color in my dreams that landed on my soul, ever so fragile. One small guest of wind and its at an end. Like the Tin man I would gladly give all I own to replace the hole in my heart. When ever youre with me that is our home. MLR THOR Gary youtu.be/i6redAxEYaM
