A SHEER HOGWASH, First selling Billion dollar worth of heavy weaponry to a West ally country, Azerbaijan; meanwhile promising arming and defending Armenia? And what guaranties that this time they would honor their word? Isn’t this a replay of that bloody imperialistic game that Ronald Reagan played on Iraq and Iran war to make them kill each-other? Hmmmm…, wouldn’t be ideal to have both sides to be "killed" and and then takeover both for running a pipeline from Caspian to Europe? Something that they were dreaming when USSR attacked Afghanistan to reach to warm waters of Oman Sea and beyond. Seems by doing that they could recover quadruple or more of the total of what they lost to West when the RED ARMY high ranking officers were deep in looting the collapsing USSR to build the existing oligarchy.
