A SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR? A successful entrepreneur is one who earns maximum goodwill of customers rather than maximum profit.He is a person who uses the word WE instead of the word I.He has to win over the confidence of his team members through love and compassion and not by creating fear atmosphere. He should be very caring about his team members welfare. He should insure a good work life balance for his workforce . Work stress has to be brought down to minimum. This will strengthen the bond between the entrepreneur and his workforce. He should concentrate upon quality goods and services to the people at large. His decisions should be rational and innovative. There is no substitute to the policy of HONESTY in all respect. These are the observations and assertions made by Mr. Uttam Ganguly ,the M.D. of Bend joints Pvt. Ltd. Bhopal while delivering expert lecture before the students of MBA of SGI.
