A Superior Court of Guam judge recently issued a decision, stating two fired Port Authority of Guam workers were not properly hired in the first place, and therefore did not have the right to appeal their firings to the Civil Service Commission. Superior Court Judge James Canto on May 16 issued an order, vacating last years Civil Service Commission order, which required the Port to rehire the two fired accounting employees, who were fired last year.
