A Taste of Prince George.....Good afternoon HYPG. I must have had a gray moment this morning and forgot my camera . Anyway, my wife and I went to the Library downtown this morning and afterwards we went to The Pastry Chef. We have been here many times, but this was the first time we had lunch here. We had one of there Hot Bavarian Meat Loaf on a Kaiser special and wow was it good. Their Kaisers are fresh and with no preservatives and the meatloaf was a 1/4 thick. No wonder this business has been around for so long, not only do they have great baking, their sandwiches are to die for. Great job Pastry Chef. If youre downtown, stop by and try one. You wont be disappointed.
