A Truth to Live – Life is filled with ups and downs, pleasantries and dangers, the routine and the unexpected. Each day is filled with a combination of circumstances that cause stress and peace. You can learn to navigate through the obstacles of life when You make God and His eternal word the #1 priority in your life. He not only has a solution – He is the solution to your needs. Scripture – “The stew was poured out for the men, but as they began to eat it, they cried out, ‘O man of God, there is death in the pot!’ And they could not eat it. Elisha said, ‘Get some flour.’ He put it into the pot and said, ‘Serve it to the people to eat.’ And there was nothing harmful in the pot.” 2 Kings 4:40-41. Prayer – Eternal Father, There is so much about my day of which I have no control. Rather than view these unexpected events as things that add stress to me, today I am asking You to help me yield each one of them to You. As I apply the truth of Your word to my day, I thank You that Your peace will dominate my day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
