A Typical Nigerian Argument. Obi: Na wa o. PHCN has not given us light in few days. Ade: Na only God fit help us for this country o. Obi: With all the prayers going on, tithes, offerings, night vigils etc, why God hasnt help us? Ade: it is not God fault, it is our leaders fault. Obi: Lol. Government and God, who has more power? Who do we pray to in order to make things work well in our lives? Ade: We will still pray to God to torch out leaders to change. Obi: Prayer is not the key. Those corrupt leaders pray too and the pay hefty tithes, and ask for the forgiveness of their sins. Ade: it is well. And the circular, but familiar argument continues, with no respite in sight for those suffering, and smiling or frowning, complaining or apathetic majority.
