A Vedic Concept on Predictive Astrology : Astrology is an extended arm of Veda. Therefore, it is called Vedanga (a part of Veda). In scriptures Hora Shastra is said to be like a vast ocean. What to talk of the ordinary people; even the the eminent scholars may find themselves frustrated to pronounce prediction. Astrology requires a special intelligence. Listening / reading, understanding the essence of what is read / studied, memorizing of what has been studied, using art of application of Astrological dictum, analyzing pros and cons, applying selective options and finally acquiring to the point, doubtless crystal clear knowledge to analyze, conclude and fix fructification are properties of intelligence of brain.
