A Wyoming family will be able to say farewell to a loved one - TopicsExpress

A Wyoming family will be able to say farewell to a loved one thanks to the efforts of three Great Basin teams joined by a team from High Country Search Dogs. On an earlier search, the team of Sonja and K9 Rekker identified an area of interest but were unable to complete the search due to darkness. On Sunday three Great Basin teams; Sonja and Rekker with Nancy as flanker, Joe and K9 Gunny and Kurt and K9 Kaiser were joined by Amelia from High Country with K9 Xena and Gilbert, from Great Basin, as flanker. The four teams worked very well together in steep and difficult terrain and, after two hours of searching, were able to follow up on indications from Kaiser and Xena and locate the remains of the missing man. Great Basin would like to thank all those who have donated money or otherwise supported us over the years. Your support has had a direct, positive influence on our ability to conduct difficult missions successfully.
