A beautiful morning spent watching brown trout break the lake water while the sun rose. The peace and tranquility of New Zealand is one of its most remarkable draws. I can sit for hours and watch its dramatic peaks light up in the sunrise, its gin clear rivers running through its gorges or its glacier lakes glistening in the sunlight. It is truly a magical place, one I will find incredibly difficult to leave.
