A bunch of incompetent, corrupt politicians. Just put a steel rope on the Amazon river where 80% of the traffic goes and control the boots. This is not cocain powder you have to find. These are large trunks of wood transported visible on ships. Most of the wood cutting mills are on the shore of the Amazon and Solimoes river. Don´t tell me that it is technically difficult to stop the deforestation. I don´t like everything the Americans do but they would resolve this problem in less than one year!
