A campaign update from Larry Hogan: The election for Marylands next governor is only four weeks from today. And if the election were held tomorrow, we feel confident that we would win! Today Anthony Brown and I squared off in our first debate hosted by WJZ and the Baltimore Sun. As expected, Brown stuck to the talking points that we have seen in a flurry of well-funded attack ads. But he fell short in the areas that matter to most Marylanders. Brown wants you to believe that he wont raise taxes as governor. Yet he cant explain why he was part of an administration that passed 40 consecutive tax-hikes that have crushed small businesses and struggling Maryland families. The Lt. Governor also wants to take Maryland to number #1 in economic development. Yet he cant tell you how we got to number #49 under his watch or outline a plan to get there. Read more from Larry here:
