A celebration is in order...because RunFit Turns One-Year-Old Today!!! Weve been blessed with an incredible first year, filled with many milestones, bucket list achievements, highs, lows, laughing, crying...and a ton of heart and soul! Heres just a brief glimpse at our RunFit Year, in Review. Over the past 365 days, RunFitters have... • Completed 100+ half marathons (thats more than 1,310 miles!); • Completed 9 full 26.2-mile marathons • Hosted the 2nd Annual Run4Boston Memorial Run; • Participated in races to support the Special Olympics, Salvation Army, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Combatting Hunger in the Commmunity, Families of Fallen Peace Officers, JUST RUN, Youth Fitness, and local High School Sports Programs; • and have been representing all year from coast to coast, at races including: Modesto Marathon, Rinas Run, Calistoga Half Marathon, NYC Marathon, San Jose Rock n Roll Half Marathon, Disney World, Disneyland, Big Sur, Nike Womens SF, Peace Officers Memorial Run, California International Marathon, and many, many more!! What a year its been!! RunFit is a special program, filled with amazing people who arent afraid to tackle the next challenge, or face the next hill. We wouldnt be where we are, without each and every one of our RunFitters. THANK YOU...for taking this journey with us. You, are the heartbeat of this program, and inspire us to keep doing what we do.
