A client came to WLG after he was scheduled to leave the U.S. in a matter of weeks under voluntary departure. WLG identified that he was eligible for a U-visa, and filed a U-certification request, which was granted. The immigration court then granted our motion to reopen his court proceedings, and administratively closed the proceedings based on his pending U-visa application. The client is now able to wait in the U.S. for a decision on his U- visa. Another great example of how WLG attorneys always go above and beyond to seek the best outcomes for their clients!
