A client made the comment to me today (jokingly) that nowadays you can spit in any direction and hit a photographer and That she was so glad that I was referred to her. I had just had a conversation with my sister a few days ago and expressed to her that I am almost embarrassed at times to say "I am a photographer" because there are so many that have found a career convenience with low end DSLR cameras and sadly lack the talent to accompany their purchase. I almost feel snobby when I said it...but there is truth there and I think we all can admit that. My Reply to Her and My Client and to anyone else is ...and I QUOTE : "when you strip away the money, the credits, the fame....when you get down to the bare bone of what you do, and why you do what you do...and f you can still do it when you are tired and need rest but choose resilience, if you can still do it when you dont have a dollar to your name and do it for free, if you can still do it when no one is looking or acknowledges you for it, Then that is the moment you Live what you Love and you know its full of genuine heart and passion.
