A comcast update: I received a box that had a modem in it. Thats where the good news ends. Plugged in. Lights on. No Internet. After waiting on hold for 33 minutes I find out that there is an outage In the region of Florida. No Internet until tomorrow. Also, the $92 on my bill from Miscellaneous charges ($40 for a technician visit.... Maybe they meant the mail man that delivered my empty box) that I was ADAMANTLY assured yesterday on my hour call would be refunded was not.
