Hereby below are the ff. requirements: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in a field that demonstrates a strong analytical mind and ability to competently use a variety of software technologies: Computer Science/ IT, Engineering (Computer), Finance and Marketing, Mathematic or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. -At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Essential skills and experiences: Experience using SQL and Relational Database Systems Excellent analytical skills with experience in any form of financial data analysis Excellent written & verbal communication (Of utmost importance is clear, well spoken telephone manner, concise email communication skills and ability to comprehend telephone support requests from customers) Ability to schedule and prioritise tasks in order to meet SLAs. Ability to work autonomously and report directly to your team leader Methodical approach to problem solving and multi-tasking. Intermediate MS Excel skill level General understanding of computer networking (integrated environment with windows, UNIX) Highly regarded experiences include: Experience in the telecommunications industry specifically in a billing systems.
