A conductor who really wants to lead the orchestra and make the best music must turn his/her back on the crowd. In that, his/her actions will inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. That is a leader. I believe it is now time for the new generation of leaders to arise. And as a proud JPIAn and friend :) , I am very proud to support my comrade, Timay Iyog, as she aspires to become one of the CBOs of JPIA. Never did I notice before that a big number of people, who has the capability to radiate the passion for true and unselfish service, is now popping in existence. And one of the great ways for these people to realize such passion is through becoming our CBOs of JPIA. And with that, regardless of the mediocrity of the line haha, I am encouraging my fellow JPIAn to really vote wisely and widely from their heart and thinking. Char. haha We have been in the era of skilled leaders and I have to say that these new group of leaders really has something that nobody has ever witnessed before.
