A couple headed back from Vegas to Portland are suing Alaska Airlines over a bathroom dispute. According the couples attorney they were in first class and Jessica DeWitt needed to use the restroom. Apparently, coach passengers kept walking up to the first class bathroom, preventing her from using the toilet. Michael Dobbs her boyfriend asked the flight attendant if she would make an announcement saying that passengers need to use the bathroom in their assigned cabins but she refused. Eventually, DeWitt used the restroom but claims the flight attendant in question slammed the door on her, hurting her shoulder. Once the plane landed at PDX, passengers remained seated as Dobbs and DeWitt was escorted off the plane by Port of Portland Police. DeWitts medical expenses were $1,500, which Alaska offered to cover, but the couple refused the offer and are seeking just over $11,000. What do YOU think about this?
