A couple of days ago I was really down, no distraction I tried was helping, and I was really unsure of what to do when I remembered a line from a movie. The dad was having a conversation with a young man and told him that sometimes when we go on a trip searching for answers that we are actually in need of comfort. Then the dad said, For me, the only trip worth taking is when I kneel to pray. All the comfort I could ever ask for is right there. I got on my knees and said God, I need some comfort right now, and then I started crying. I got up a few minutes later to get a tissue and when I came back, I saw that my tears had formed the shape of a heart on my bed sheet. In that moment, I could almost hear God say Dont worry, I saw your tears and Im here. I just wanted to share this for someone who might need a bit of comfort right now.
