A couple of hours ago, a bomb exploded in Tripoli Lebanon close to the hospital where Sheikh Salem Al-Rafeii from Tripoli Lebanon who belongs to the Muslims Scholars Association is staying. Two days ago he and 3 other scholars from the MSA went as a delegation to negotiate with the ISIS-Nusra fighters in Irsal. However, Al rafei in the article says that at some point the Lebanese army checkpoint officer told him we cant go with you further after this and told them to continue. Rafei says that after we started alone there was light bullets that were shot next to there car ( marking/lighting bullets are special kinds of bullets that shine in the night and they are usually used as marking signals for positional messages, for artillery marking etc) and a couple of minutes after this an obus/shell fell next to our car. He was hit as well as others. No one was killed however from the delegation. There are strong doubts in my opinion that this was a a shell shot by Hezbollah to kill them . Al Rafei says that Nusra and ISIS want to withdraw from Irsal. (There were other reports today I read that JAN wanted to withdraw and that ISIS refused). Al Rafei and others were rescued and saved by Syrian fighters. Al Rafei: The fighters express a big urge to leave Irsal, to leave Lebanon. All what they are asking are a ceasfire, to transport the wounded, the respect of Syrian refugees and Irsal inhabitants after they leave. Question: Are they asking the release of Abu Mohamad Jumaa ? Al Rafei: There are different sections among the fighters. Those who were demanding the release are not there anymore. Those (fighters) who are there now are worried about the fate of the inhabitants. They say that they want to withdraw as soon as they can and that they want to take their wounded and that they dont want to stay in Lebanon. Also he said that all of the fighters say that we want a guarantee to our poeple in Irsal and we didnt want to fight but we did because there are crimes that were comitted against civilians and we feared for them. Today the bomb in tripoli was very close to Shifaa hospital where Al Rafei was lying...
