A couple of photos for the Patriotic challenge. Thanks, Angie for coming up with a challenge so meaningful. (We are doing weekly photo challenges for fun and inspiration, so if anyone wants to join in, feel free!) Many of you in the group will recognize Alban but may not know his military history. He joined the Air force at 19 years old. He started his training at Camp Borden in Ontario and was stationed in Baden Baden, Germany in 1953 and spent many years working on Air Force jets, earning a Special Services Medal. Patriotic is defined as having or expressing devotion for ones country.... I was honoured to photograph such a patriot!
