A couple of things: Remember our 1st week of games starts Saturday at 5 and 7pm at Spring Hill North Field. Same home field as last year. We play a new team the ET Rays from Rusk. Let me know if you anticipate NOT being there. Week 2 (Saturday March 29th) has not yet been posted and I anticipate it being a road game. Also for those playing Dixie in Spring Hill you will have a Warm-Up tourney. I will need to know as soon as both schedules are posted whos in/out for that day. I personally will skip Dixie for DETBA but I know Roy and Kyle coach the Cubs and different parents will make different decisions for their kids. Totally understandable. We just have to field a team. Our rosters arent locked so we may be forced to get creative on a roster based on what everyone decides. My only thought to leave you with is that the Dixie Games dont count in the league standings and the DETBA games count towards our pursuit of a Championship Trophy. Hopefully it will work out or we will be able to reschedule early/late around Dixie or another day. The other team just has to agree to it. If it happens to be Carthage I will lock the gates at SH and no one will play Dixie that Saturday. Just kidding of course???
