A couple of weeks ago I stopped at a Walgreens and bought a pack of cigars. I challenged the clerk, as I thought they were very old, but was assured they were recently stocked. I opened them right at the store and sure enough they were stale, cracked, and dry. I showed them to the Manager and she told me "too bad, State law prohibits us from returning your money!" I was so irked that when I got home I sent a terse complaint to both Walgreens and Dutch Masters. Dutch Masters emailed me that they are replacing them and I got a phone call from Walgreens that they are sending me a $10 gift card! How about that?
