A day before yesterday I made the comment mentioned below last para, on one TOI news item. The comment has been taken off the website with following advice. I Request my friends to advised me honestly whether it is OFFENSIVE or TRUE AND INSPIRING. May be, I may have used some words without knowing the intrinsic meaning thereof. Thanks. TOI mail:- Dear Reader, Your comment has been taken off the website as our user community did not approve of it. We encourage you to participate in conversations on the site while refraining from posting obscene, defamatory, or inflammatory comments and not indulging in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community. Comment Removed: One husband can father four children but so impotent that unable to provide a roof for one wife! Why we have such poors? Because they have forgotten to earn. They know no way other than surviving on freebies. I have a personal experience. I am a grass root man living in a small village of 17 families. Centuries ago, villagers have dug a Kuhl (mini-canal) that brought water to village for all purposes. Then decades ago, the government laid pipeline with a storage tank in village. The tank developed cracks wide enough to let lizards and rats in to drown, die and rot. I asked people that we can do it ourselves as there are several houses being constructed having ready cement and mortar from which they can contribute some to plug these holes and cracks. All refused to contribute saying, KYA JARUURAT HAI? KHUD KAREGI SARKAAR (No need, govt will do it). My conclusion is that freebies make men more and more greedy, envious, lazy and dependent. It is only scarcity that makes a man industrious. Only those who are industrious should be provided help not inactive and lazy people because they will seek more next time.
