A day in the life of a fella trying to add pounds to a barbell Woke up and drink a huge protein shake.10:00am I smashed Turkey burger scrambled into a bunch of eggs,1:00 I smashed a 7oz steak and sausage egg mcmuffen( thanks Eric) lol,4:00 smashed a burrito the size of my head(thanks Eric). 6 pm smashed my objective, came in drink another protein shake, iced my elbows and shoulders and a half hour later ate a gi-normous plate of spaghetti with tons of hamburger. Before bed Ill swallow a handful of amino acid pills. Day in and day out. Thats the work it takes to fatten that total. And Ill be busting out my core work tonight during S.O.A.
