A diet doesnt have to be expensive. I diet on a low budget and it works for me. Heres a general day of meals proper meals if you care haha: Breakfast: 3 eggs w/ wholemeal bagel and almond butter or oats w/ hazelnut milk. Handful blueberries Lunch: tuna/chicken/ turkey sandwich wholemeal bread. Handful blueberries. Tea: lean red meat/fish/chicken w/ brown rice/sweet potato/tortilla and veg. Handful blueberries. I snack on supplements, cashews and oranges. And pre workout i hit up some muesli and a protein bar Supplements: phd diet whey, phd diet whey bars, green tea caps, omega capsules, multivits and CLA. Now youre bored. Haha. I have a high metabolism so this is a diet for me
